Joel Davies is a 29 year old Father, Husband and Writer from South Wales. He has two boys - Rory and Ace, who he raises with his wife Sara. Joel has been writing content for many years, with focus on mental health. His blog Lionminded (which focuses on Mental Health and Parenting) was started in 2016, and has helped document his recovery with Depression and Anxiety, as well as learning about the ups and downs of Parenting.

As well as his passions for Mental Health Awareness and Parenting - Joel has a strong childhood love for Professional Wrestling (see The Crimson Mask blog for his positive takes on the world of Pro Wrestling) as well as being an avid Comic Book and Cinema fan (see the ScreenKillers blog for his views on the world of Pop Culture).
