Parenting with an Eating Disorder - Lionminded Survey

Hey guys!

At the last couple of events I noticed the leaflets about Eating Disorders have depleted quite a bit, so I would love to write our next “Parenting With…” guide about EDs.

This survey is for anyone who has/had an Eating Disorder (there are certain sections for Parents but you can skip that if it doesn’t apply to you). The more information I can gather, the better!
